Brand Account Support

Titles: Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Account Supervisor

Assists account team in coordination and tactical execution of advertising for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manages client status reports and meetings
  • Leads project execution through Create NYC and client processes, working closely with teammates in creative and operations
  • Participates in strategy and planning meetings with account lead
  • Demonstrates ability to effectively organize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Thoroughly understands the internal workings of the agency and the fundamentals of account management
  • Communicates well verbally and in written form
  • Maintains positive working relationships within account team, creative staff, and controller
  • Assists with proposals, billing, and budgets

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of pharmaceutical advertising experience
