Client Navigator/Business Unit Lead

Title: VP, Account Director

Healthcare advertising Client Navigator leads an assigned portfolio of pharmaceutical brands providing strategic direction, tactical plan management, and executional oversight of advertising services. Has direct management of an experienced and established account team. Direct responsibility to build productive client relationships, ensure high-quality agency advertising, manage and motivate agency team, and increase agency revenues.

Responsibilities

  • Manages all activities across account, including 3+ VP-level, direct reports
  • Ensures client relationships remain positive and productive by being sensitive to evolving client needs and proposing effective solutions
  • Leads Senior creative review to provide top-notch, on-strategy tactical deliverables
  • Effectively manages the agency scope, creative development, and execution of quality tactical deliverables
  • Leads all aspects of communication plans, proposals, and timelines
  • Possesses a superior understanding of client’s business issues, policies, and procedures and has a pulse on industry trends  
  • Maintains professionalism and passion for client
  • Recognizes and maximizes growth opportunities; actively looking for opportunities to upsell 3 advertising services
  • Exhibits ability and passion for shifting seamlessly between execution of day-to-day projects and strategic and analytical management of overall business

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 8-10 years of pharmaceutical advertising experience
  • Significant Pfizer experience (agency or client side of the business)
  • Ideal candidate will be an established professional seeking a new opportunity in an innovative and highly enterprising agency

  • Advertising, Marketing, Business, or related degree
