Brand Account Lead

Titles: VP, Account Supervisor, VP, Account Group Supervisor

Account lead provides strategic input, tactical development and execution oversight, and direction to creative partners on assigned accounts. Has direct management responsibility of account colleagues with key priorities to establish productive client relationships, ensure high-quality agency advertising, and increase agency revenues.


  • Leads account with deep understanding of category, brand, research, and strategy

  • Builds productive and continuous client partnerships with lead responsibility

  • Effectively manages agency scope, creative development, and execution of quality tactical deliverables

  • Leads all aspects of communication plans, proposals, and timelines

  • Builds and maintains expertise in client policies and procedures

  • Maintains professionalism and passion for account

  • Recognizes and reports organic growth opportunities; actively manages account finances with full accountability

Required Competencies

  • Advertising acumen (print and digital) and proven track record
  • Demonstrated strategic/analytical thinking and interpersonal communication skills
  • Sense of urgency with ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Independently completes responsibilities with high level of comfort working in a virtual-based model



  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5-7 years of pharmaceutical advertising experience
